The Living Christ #5

The Living Christ #5

I have talked before of how some prefer to view Christ as the baby in a manger because it is easier to encompass Him in that form and not contemplate the majesty of who He is. But how can His atoning sacrifice be of effect in our lives unless we accept that He is from everlasting to everlasting? I have heard atheists ridicule the concept of a Babe healing the world, but similar to how we can see eternity in the mirrors of the temple, everything that came before His mortal birth, and everything that will come as a result of His atoning sacrifice and mortal death grants us immortality and the possibility of eternal lives.
